The role

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in London. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our office and day-to-day operation, assisting in IT management, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will:

  • Oversee office maintenance and operations: Ensure the office is well-organised, manage deliveries and office supplies, coordinate with the building manager, and handle general office maintenance (e.g. appliances’ service, paying bills).

  • Support IT management: Provide first-line IT support, support the IT Manager in troubleshooting issues, ensure our network's smooth running, and maintain our IT inventory.

  • Support the team: Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules, organising meetings, coordinating travel, and helping with event planning.

  • Assist with HR tasks: Manage onboarding for new employees, track leave, and organise in-person interviews.

  • Provide general administration support across the company when required, including project support, scheduling and coordination.

  • Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and replying to calls.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous administration and office/facilities coordination. You are a natural relationship builder and confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels within the business.

Working arrangements

This is an on-site position.
