The role
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in London. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our office and day-to-day operation, assisting in IT management, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
As the Office Manager, you will:
Oversee office maintenance and operations: Ensure the office is well-organised, manage deliveries and office supplies, coordinate with the building manager, and handle general office maintenance (e.g. appliances’ service, paying bills).
Support IT management: Provide first-line IT support, support the IT Manager in troubleshooting issues, ensure our network's smooth running, and maintain our IT inventory.
Support the team: Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules, organising meetings, coordinating travel, and helping with event planning.
Assist with HR tasks: Manage onboarding for new employees, track leave, and organise in-person interviews.
Provide general administration support across the company when required, including project support, scheduling and coordination.
Coordinate front desk activities, including greeting visitors and replying to calls.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous administration and office/facilities coordination. You are a natural relationship builder and confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels within the business.

Working arrangements
This is an on-site position.
