Maria Ntavou - Senior Comms Manager
Maria is a seasoned communications and content specialist with a diverse background in journalism, advertising, and digital marketing. She is responsible for developing strategies and leading campaigns to communicate our vision and work, and that of our partners.
Maria began her career working as a journalist for media outlets in Greece and the UK. She then transitioned to advertising, producing 360° campaigns for high-profile clients in the fast-moving consumer goods, retail, and banking sectors. Seeking to use her skills to support initiatives with positive social and environmental impacts, she has also worked as a communications officer for WWF, the Athens 2004 Olympics Organizing Committee, and major cultural organisations.
Maria holds an MA in International Journalism from City University of London and a BA in Media and Communications from Panteion University in Athens.
When not writing or brainstorming, she enjoys dancing tango, travelling with her family and sharing good vibes with her cats.
