Katerina Kali – HR Manager

Katerina is an HR Manager with strong experience in leadership and talent development.

Katerina specialises in talent management and helping people evolve and grow both personally and professionally through their daily life at Alma. She is also playing a key role in identifying and attracting new talent.

She has a BA in Social and Educational Policies and has previously worked in a wide range of sectors, including education, IT consulting, and journalism. She has been an active volunteer throughout her adult life and has previously taken part in educational programmes for disadvantaged children in Kenya.

Constantly looking for new ways to channel her energy, Katerina enjoys interior design and DIY furniture, which she then uses to relax on and watch Friends. She hasn’t missed a single post-credit scene in Marvel movies.
