Perpetoua is an experienced people operations manager and a Senior HR Manager at Alma, with a strong background in talent management within multicultural global organisations.

Perpetoua has led recruitment across multiple European locations, managing teams of recruiters and designing data-driven strategies that enhance performance, culture, and brand visibility. She has built and refined recruitment and onboarding processes to improve candidate experience and cultural alignment, while also overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Perpetoua holds an MA in HR from the University of Macedonia, as well as an MSc in Political Analysis and a BSc in Political Science, both from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Outside of work, Perpetoua enjoys meeting friends and family for a movie and a glass of wine. She enjoys coffee, books, and music, and occasionally tries to complete a piece of pottery work.
