Nikita is a Senior Manager at Alma and a storyteller at heart, passionate about communicating complex economics research to broad audiences.  

At Alma’s commercial team, she is leveraging her creativity and expertise to further Alma’s reach and impact. Prior to joining Alma, she was the Economics Editor of the International Growth Centre (IGC), based at the London School of Economics (LSE). She has also been the Managing Editor of VoxDev, promoting policy-relevant development economics research through articles, videos, and a weekly podcast.

She holds an MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University and a BA in Economics (Honours) from the University of Delhi. 

Nikita rarely leaves her house without a book, cares for more houseplants than the space in her flat allows, and looks for the extraordinary in the extra ordinary.
