Melanie is a Senior Economist who joined Alma in 2025. 

With over five years of experience in think tanks and international organisations, she has specialised in providing technical advice to governments and institutions, with a focus on social protection, labour market regulations, and pension design. 

Melanie holds a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MSc in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a BSc in Economics from the same institution. 

Melanie is a sports person who enjoys football, tennis, and cycling. Ultimately, all that action is fuelled by good coffee and great music. She is currently on a mission to find a tennis court near our London office.
