Manon is a Welsh-speaking social researcher with experience as a teacher, working with charities, and sports coaching young people from adverse backgrounds.
She is skilled in synthesising complex quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights that directly influence product development decisions, and previously developed the first comprehensive database tracking investments from major food corporations into alternative protein companies, monitoring over 210 transactions across 8 years.
She holds a BA in Geography (first-class honours) from St Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, and will be starting an MSc in Environment, Politics, and Development at SOAS University of London next year.
Manon is a part-time professional rugby player currently playing for Ealing Trailfinders, but she has also got a few caps internationally for Wales playing in the Six Nations. She loves mountain walking, especially in North Wales, and has spent the last year trying to hike as many of the New Zealand mountains as possible.
