Ireoluwa is a Senior Backend Engineer at Alma, with a strong background in backend development, neuromorphic computing, and digital twin technology.

Ireoluwa’s work spans advanced API design, predictive analytics, and real-time data systems. His career has taken him from leading backend engineering for entertainment tech start-ups to pioneering scalable digital twins for agricultural research at Rothamsted. He is fluent in tools like Django, FastAPI, Kubernetes, and PyTorch, and brings a unique edge with his research in spiking neural networks and AI for low-powered devices.

He holds an MSc in Computer Science (with Distinction) from Nottingham Trent University, where he received top honours for his work in neuromorphic computing and was awarded Best Performing Student. He has also authored research published in IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and delivered several keynotes at major conferences on engineering and AI.
