Erica is a social researcher focused on using research to address social challenges and drive meaningful change.
She has expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis (R Studio, MAXQDA, NVivo), systematic reviews (Covidence), and designing behavioural and social research projects.
Erica has applied her skills to projects in mental health, education, and social policy. Her experience working with non-profits and community initiatives has strengthened her commitment to evidence-based research that informs policy and improves lives.
She holds a BSc in Psychology (First-Class Honours) from the University of Edinburgh.
Erica likes running and attending gigs and concerts, with her music taste spanning pop, R&B, dance, techno, and pop rock. An adventurer at heart, Erica has travelled to many places around the world, like New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, and Vietnam, and one day, she would like to visit Central America. She wants to continue her volunteer work in mental health by assisting a brain injury charity.
