Alexandros is a hands-on operations leader who quietly makes things run better and genuinely enjoys doing so.
He is a seasoned operations leader who thrives on turning complex, fast-moving organisations into smoother, more effective operations. With more than 15 years of experience leading operations in international consultancies, Alexandros specialises in resource strategy, process redesign, and operational scaling, with a sharp eye on both commercial processes and the people behind them.
He has a track record of building high-performing teams, forging strong cross-functional alignment, and creating the kind of operational rhythm that allows senior leaders to focus on what matters most. Whether restructuring delivery models or driving large-scale change programmes, Alexandros brings a calm, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach that consistently delivers clarity and momentum.
Alexandros holds an MBA from the ALBA Graduate Business School (Greece), an MPhil in Economics with Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a BA (Hons) in Economics with Computing & Quantitative Methods from the University of Sussex.
He is equally comfortable shaping strategy at the board level as he is rolling up his sleeves to make things work on the ground, whether at the gym, obstacle racing, or trying something new like paragliding. An adventurer and an aspiring Stoic, Alexandros enjoys long road trips, typically exploring Europe every summer with his family, and reading Stoic philosophy.
