With extensive experience in leading analytical teams and influencing public policy through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, he has served as a Senior Economic Adviser at the Ministry for Housing, Communities & Local Government and other UK Government departments. Moreover, Marcus has a proven track record in housing and planning policy, delivering impactful economic advice to senior stakeholders.
He holds an MSc in Economic Policy (Distinction) from University College London and a BA in Philosophy, Political Science, Economics & Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
Marcus is a book lover, with his favourite genre being 20th-century literature and historical fiction. He is fascinated by history, and at the top of his current bucket list is exploring different spots in Athens.
